​Kara’s easy demeanor and open, friendly attitude help her capture images of people in a uniquely intimate way. Like an old friend she wants her subjects to find their best side and to capture moments that let them shine.

 

Her experience includes shooting weddings, production of advertising and stock images, editorial photo editing at the National Post and as the red carpet photographer at the Toronto International Film Festival for Maclean’s magazine.

 

Kara’s photography and portraits have also taken her across the globe, from her home in Toronto to the US, Middle East and India.
